The Orixás is a series of photographic reproductions of different Afro-Brazilian deities, pertaining to the religious faith Candomblé. These reproductions approximate to an accurate representation through the study of different manifestations, rituals, enactments, and historical sources.

Iansã, for example, is the Orixá of the winds, hurricanes, and tempests. She is syncretized with Saint Barbara (Santa Barbara, 2010).
